Thank you to the little girl who only seen the beauty in the world.

Thank you you to the little girl who only seen the good in people.

Thank you to the little girl who yearned to be a mama.

Thank you to the little girl who never let people get too close, or stay for too long.

Thank you to the little girl who struggled with her body as a 3rd grader when she realized her thighs were bigger than her friends. Then, never wanted to wear shorts again.

Thank you to the girl who was called a slut in 6th grade because she was one of the first to hit puberty so her breasts were already filling in.

Thank you to the girl who fell in love with volleyball & invited all of her friends to play with her. Then, gave it up a year later for a boy.

Thank you to the girl who pushed all of her friends away and skipped a grade to start high school early.

Thank you to the girl who felt real pain for the first time and held it all in.

Thank you to the girl who pushed herself so hard to make straight A’s so that her dad would be proud of her.

Thank you to the girl who stayed in a toxic relationship because his family felt more real than her own.

Thank you to the girl who felt so lost and scared so she searched for God.

Thank you to the girl who finally found the strength to leave even tho it hurt so bad.

Thank you to the girl who always blamed herself.

Thank you to the girl who threw herself into another relationship a few months later because she was scared of being alone.

Thank you to the girl who once again pushed all of her friends away.

Thank you to the girl who got involved in a life she was never meant to be in…where her innocence was truly lost.

Thank you to the girl who allowed abuse, cheating and did whatever she was told because of fear.

Thank you to the girl who wore clothes that covered her body because of an insecure man.

Thank you to the girl who stayed locked inside of a bedroom for fear she would be accused of talking to his friends.

Thank you to the girl who dropped out of college.

Thank you to the girl who was so ecstatic to be a mama & then experienced heartbreaking loss. Completely alone.

Thank you to the girl who picked up the pieces when she learned she was pregnant again.

Thank you to the girl who pushed everyone away because she feared they would see the truth.

Thank you to the girl who stayed up with her newborn, wondering when he would come home.

Thank you to the girl who didn’t give up when she found out she was having another baby…only 16 months later.

Thank you to the girl who somehow found a way to care for a newborn + toddler…alone.

Thank you to the girl who moved 10+ times but still dreamed of creating a home for her daughters.

Thank you to the girl who went through the motions and tried her hardest to make it through each day.

Thank you to the girl who struggled with postpartum depression and suicidal thoughts.

Thank you to the girl who chose her babies instead.

Thank you to the girl who defended a boy for 6 years and tried her hardest to make people believe he was a good man.

Thank you the woman who woke up one day with determination to create a better life.

Thank you to the woman who made a plan and kept it to herself for months.

Thank you to the woman who worked to escape from a life she hated.

Thank you to the woman who did what she had to do to leave.

Thank you to the woman who became a single mom and worked 12 hour shifts.

Thank you to the woman who felt freedom for the first time in her life.

Thank you to the woman who dressed how she wanted and did what she wanted.

Thank you to the woman who finally got a break.

Thank you to the woman who partied to suppress the pain she still felt.

Thank you to the woman who struggled to pay her bills.

Thank you to the woman who opened her heart again.

Thank you to the woman who took a chance.

Thank you to the woman who became more than a mom.

Thank you to the woman who found a way no matter what.

Thank you to the woman who went through a painful awakening but never gave up.

Thank you to the woman who chose to heal.

Thank you to the woman who changes with the seasons.

Thank you to the woman who is still finding herself.

Thank you to the woman who loves unconditionally.

Thank you to the woman who found a way to love herself after a lifetime of hating what she saw in the mirror.

Thank you to the woman who still struggles but is focused on her growth.

Thank you to the woman who allowed all of her pain to teach her instead of playing the victim.

Thank you to the woman who is still going.

Thank you for being so naive so that I could know when something/someone wasn’t aligned with my highest self.

Thank you for allowing so many people to walk all over you so that I could know how to stand up for myself.

Thank you for being too scared to say what was on your mind so that I could learn how to speak up.

Thank you for being so weak so that you could teach me how to be strong.

Thank you for pushing through every single lesson so that I could be here today.

I forgive you for not knowing better back then and I hope that little girl is proud of the woman we have become.✨💛
